2. Service Agreement

2.1 Booking and Scheduling
Clients must schedule services in advance. Swisscottage will confirm the booking upon receipt of a deposit, as outlined in the payment terms.
2.2 Service Scope
Our services include the removal of office furniture, electronics, and other office-related items. We ensure environmentally responsible disposal and recycling in compliance with local regulations.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay for services as per the agreed-upon rates. Invoices are due within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise specified.
3.1 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable only under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.
3.2 Additional Costs
Any additional services or unforeseen circumstances that require extra resources will incur additional costs. Clients will be notified promptly before proceeding.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items slated for clearance are accessible and ready for removal on the scheduled date.

5. Swisscottage Responsibilities
Swisscottage is committed to providing professional and efficient office clearance services. Our responsibilities include:

- Adhering to all environmental and disposal regulations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered during the clearance process.
6. Liability
Swisscottage strives to handle all items with care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to items or unforeseen damages occurring during the clearance process.
6.1 Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any damages that may occur due to our handling of items. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for high-value items.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7.1 Refunds
Refunds for cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Specific conditions apply based on the timing and reason for cancellation.
